10 days old
Things are continuing to go well in the Brunner Household...
Gianna really likes to speak softly to her baby sister.
Gianna's been hanging out with her buddy Amelia quite a bit lately...
Gianna asked Amelia to hold hands (and if you look closely they each have some "fairies" in their cupped hands).
Gianna won a coloring contest and received a plush Chick-Fil-A Cow...and brought him to play at a local park. He was a pretty good playmate!
Gianna was excited to get a present from Isabela (and noticed there were elephants on Isabela's pajamas as well as the wrapping paper!)
Gianna was excited to show Isabela her TUTU
Here's a pic of our little baby sleeping like an angel.
Gianna is making sure her little sister has entertainment!
And wants to make sure she knows how to play with baby dolls...
Gianna is SO helpful in reading the instruction manual - she wanted to make sure Daddy put our new double stroller together properly!

Baby Brunner #2 has arrived
Isabela Catherine Brunner was born Tuesday, February 28th, at 8:15 a.m.
She weighed in at 7 pounds, 1 ounce and is 19 3/4 inches long.
Gianna came to meet her little sister at the hospital and brought some yummy dinner.
Isabela rests on her Daddy's chest.
Mommy did great with the delivery and we were able to keep Isabela in the room with us right away.
Isabela came into this world hungry and started eating in her first hour.
Gianna welcomed her baby sister home and wanted to make sure she had a paci.
Gianna was curious if Isabela had any toys and a blanket while she was in Mommy's tummy...
...so she's made sure that Isabela has plenty of toys to play with now that she's out with us.
Isabela is getting settled in her new home.
She's finding some time to rest (and even more importantly - give Mommy a rest!)
Gianna has been getting lots of presents from friends for being such a big sister! Thanks to everyone for their thoughtfulness and generosity - it helps make Gianna feel very special!
The Brunner Ladies cheered on the hot shooting Heels to a big win over Duke and an ACC League Championship!
Gianna really enjoys having Isabela around.
The Brunner Four are off to a great start!

Brrrrr...and Busy...
Gianna has been busy, busy, busy...
Doing some shopping...
She helped Mommy do some baking...
...very proud of herself!
She's been playing dress up and practicing her dancing!
She's been cheering on the Tar Heels!
Enjoying some pop corn and the Tar Heel Gymnasts...
She had so much fun she brought Mommy to the next meet and got some necklaces.
She made some people out of play-doh...
She has so much fun at School...
Took a ride on a dinosaur...
...and practiced being a big sister with Baby Lila!

Already January???
Gianna has had a fun month!...A big trip to the Northwest and a visit by her cousins.
Gianna had her OWN seat on a flight for the first time and was VERY excited about it!
Gianna helped cheer on the ZAGS in the Battle in Seattle with her cousins. Of course she slept through most of the game in the noisy arena!
Nick took Gianna and Millie on a spin in the bus.
Gianna had a great time hanging out with Nick and Millie.
Nick took Gianna to the Teddy Bear Room and they took a little snooze...
Papa and Ya Ya treated Gianna to her first milkshake, which she of course enjoyed immensely.
Gianna had a fun time at the children's museum.
Gianna and Nani played blocks.
Gianna got a little taste of winter with some snow on Christmas Eve...
...and made a cute little Frosty.
Gianna said that Nani looked "cute" in her Christmas gifts.
Papa and Gianna played with the blocks too.
Finley came to visit and Gianna was excited that they were both wearing purple!
We had some fun dinners together...
...mmmm!!!
