Elite Eight
Gianna stayed inside most of this past weekend with rain and temps in the 30's...watching a tough end the the Tar Heel basketball season...so here are some fun pictures from last week when it was a little warmer and sunnier...

Spring is here!
Gianna had another good weekend...She's still got a cough and is not back napping like we would like, but doing well besides.
She ate like a champ this weekend - including, but not limited to chicken lo mein, brown rice, fortune cookie, guacamole, chicken, pizza, bacon, pancakes, cheerios and milk, apple, banana, edamame/soy beans, bison, cheese, broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes (must be growing)...
She really did a nice job taking care of her buddies, including making sure Elmo had plenty of soup in the high-chair.
We also got some chalk out and she loved marking everything...
...including herself.
She was doing some experiments with her water table, observing how gravity acted on the water in her cup...
...and in the funnel.

Warming up
Gianna and Mommy had a FULL day today!
They went for a nice morning walk and Gianna took a little nap in her stroller.
Enjoying the warm weather in the wagon and picking up the mail.
Mommy told Gianna she could bring "one" thing on their trip to the store...and this is what she came to the door with (this picture captures her mid-excuse/explanation for bringing her buddy Violet, Elmo, Snuffy - her stuffed elephant, her blanket and the magnetic letters that you can't see in her jacket pocket).
