Gianna's First Carolina Snow

Gianna prepared for her first snow as a winter storm approached North Carolina.


She wore her warm fleece snowflake pj's...



Gianna was still stylish as the snow storm approached...



We told Gianna that the snow was going to be bright, so she practiced wearing her shades.



We dressed Gianna in her Polar Bear Snow Suit...



...and she could tell that "outside" was a "little different."



We went for a quick walk around the neighborhood and Gianna took it all in...


...and made a "Gianna sized Frosty" when we returned home.

Back to home...

Gianna and Mommy returned back home from the West Coast and we're trying to get back into a routine. Now Gianna is learning to "comfort herself to sleep."


In happier news, Gianna is learning to sit up like a "big girl."


She's also borrowing a new toy from a friend (musical walker) that she really seems to enjoy.

California Dreamin'

Gianna had a fun afternoon with Daddy, and Grandma & Papa Greco exploring Manhattan Beach. We sat on the pier for a bit watching the big waves crashing down.



Gianna was happy to see Mommy after a long day of work and Mommy dressed her up in a stylin' California outfit and Gianna was ready to PARTY! ;)

Carolina to California

Mommy has a big event in Los Angeles this weekend, so Gianna took another cross-country trip!



We spent a night at our friend Mia's house and played a little with Princess Ava & Princess Grace.




Gianna enjoyed the warm California weather after the cold streak we had at home and really enjoyed her first views of the Pacific Ocean and the beach.



Gianna spent some nice time with Mommy before she had to go to do a little work.




Gianna also found a way to enjoy the big hotel bed though she hasn't appreciated waking up in all the new (strange) places.

Celebrations

We had a great trip back to North Carolina and Cousins Aidan and Finley brought their parents down for a visit.


Gianna had fun playing with her cousins.


Gianna dressed in Finley's favorite color - PURPLE.


Aidan liked to hold his little cousin Gianna.


We all went to the UNC-Albany MBB game at the Dean Smith Center. It was Aidan's first Carolina Basketball Game and he had a great time...



We had a brief appearance on ESPN's Broadcast of the game.



Mama made some cupcakes to celebrate Gianna's 1/2 Birthday and bring in the new year and Aidan and Finley helped do the frosting.
