Visiting the Family in Western NY
Gianna was a champ as we made our way up to Western NY to visit Daddy's side of the Family...Gianna didn't think it made much sense to head South from North Carolina to Atlanta to get up to Rochester...after we were delayed an hour in Atlanta, she was quite frustrated and voiced her frustration quite forcibly to Mommy and Daddy and all the passengers on the plane...but once we got into the air, she calmed down and slept most of the way. Gianna was happy to see her cousin Finley and Grammi Brunner...

Pumpkin Patch and Fall Fun
Gianna had a great week. She really was happy to be home, spending time with her Mama. She continues to become more socially interactive and really likes to smile.
Gianna is enjoying her toys more and is talking to them and interacting with them more.
We took Gianna to a local Pumpkin Patch for the first time this week...
...where she had some more quality time with her buddy Will (they were so excited to be there that they fell asleep)...
...and enjoyed playing on the pumpkins.
We had a pretty busy weekend with visits from Aunt Cynthia and Uncle Mike, Cousin Luke and Mamie, and a trip to our friends, the Walsh's, to cheer on the Fighting Irish to a win over Boston College.

Autumn Sunday....
We finished up a great visit with Grandma Greco who was so helpful in taking good care of Gianna during the craziness of last week, (the annual Mia Hamm Foundation Golf Classic).
Mama is very happy that it is over with and that she and Gianna can get back into their regular routine.
We had a nice weekend, as the cooler temperatures settled in and we put together Gianna's newest toy - her Rainforest Jumperoo!

Back to Normal
Gianna seems to sense that things are "back to normal" and is more relaxed - Not as many bottles, Mama's around more and she's less stressed...now Gianna's getting ready for Halloween.
Grandma, Daddy, Mama, and Gianna went out for a nice walk tonight in the cool Autumn air and Gianna seemed to enjoy the new freedom of her stroller sans car seat.

Busy-ness continues...
We're settling in from our recent travels. Gianna's been fighting a "little something" and we've been trying to keep her airways clear...
...we've had a bevy of visitors including our twin friends Ava and Grace who were very sweet to Gianna...
...and Ava wanted to hold our cute little baby...
...Michelle tried to capture a good picture of the twins, but this was the least blurry one she could get! :)
Grandma Greco arrived tonight for the week to help take care of Gianna while Mommy and Daddy have a very busy week ahead.

Weekend in ND
The Brunners Three had a great trip to Notre Dame.
Gianna had a fun time playing with her cousins...
...getting measured by Nick...
...talking fashion with Millie (brown is "in" this fall)
...playing on the field at Notre Dame Stadium...
...hanging out with Papa Greco...
...cheering on the Irish and Golden Tate to a win over the Huskies...
Gianna made a new friend - Finn.
Gianna was baptized in the Log Chapel at Notre Dame. She was very cooperative and was chatty through Father Lou's prayers.
Gianna was great on the flight up and back home.
Many Thanks to all those who helped make this special trip so special.
Gianna is continuing to develop, becoming much more vocal and starting to kick a lot and grab things.
