Grocery Cart Racing...

Gianna had her last swim class today and took some great naps afterwards. We went out to a local Mexican restaurant were she had some of Mommy's tortillas and queso and LOVED it. Afterwards, we went to the grocery store and did some laps while Mommy shopped.

Gianna thought the handling was a little loose, but still wanted to go faster! Look out Jimmy Johnson!

Swimming with Daddy

Gianna has been going to swim class (though swim is a strong word!) and Daddy was able to join her for one of her classes. They both had a great time!

Here's some footage of the swimming.

Forty Week Fun

Gianna continues to do very well...

...She's been working hard on crawling, standing, lifting herself up, swimming, and even some yoga - she's already got the movements of the spine down!

We're working on Gianna's driving - notice her hands at "10 & 2" and notice the effective use of her sideview mirror.

Gianna had a good time with her buddy Will the other night...

...and helped him clean something out of his eye.

Blue M & M

Gianna was excited to buy a gate today.

We don't think she knew what the gate was for. She was probably prouder that she was riding "freestyle" in the shopping cart...

...she was very happy as she slept a personnel record 13 hours last night.

Gianna's First Easter

Gianna's first Easter was a beautiful sunny day. Gianna slept twelve hours and woke up very happy - maybe she heard the Easter Bunny hopping by?

Here's some video of Gianna hunting for her Easter Basket.

9 Month Milestones

Gianna had a big few weeks.

* She had and recovered from her first cold
* She has her first tooth popping through
* She began crawling forward (became a quick expert)
* She learned to put pieces of food and her paci in her mouth by herself
* She's pulling herself up into a standing position

and she's really proud of herself!
